About My Origins

Imagine a childhood born from the fusion of Moldova’s rural traditions and the enchanting landscapes of Italy. In this dual heritage, my artistic journey took its first breath, a journey that echoes with a kaleidoscope of experiences. As a child, my surroundings were filled with the subtle whispers of art, more of a comforting background presence than a bold, attention-grabbing force. It was here that the seeds of my passion for artistic expression were sown, awakening slowly but inevitably. In the serene embrace of the Moldovan countryside, I discovered solace and joy in the act of molding clay. In a landscape where inventiveness was a necessity, I found myself creating an entire world—my playground. From sewing clothes for my lone doll to crafting companions from corn cobs, my creativity danced freely, laying the foundation for a future I had yet to envision and embrace.

THE DISCOVERY OF PAINTING

In the midst of the challenging days of Covid-19, my genuine artistic revelation unfolded unexpectedly. Amidst isolation and restrictions, I stumbled upon the liberating power of painting. Grasping fluid colours discovered an escape route, a pathway to shatter the confines of material reality and delve into realms of shape and colour. Painting transformed into more than a passion—it became a necessity enabling me to expand the mind and liberate the soul.
